Taking Care Ourself.

These are book we got yesterday during hanging out for a long time at bookstore-POPULAR- I like these book. As a women, of course these books are interesting. Just look the title. We got these book in colorful is one bonus for us..thanks "chingu" for buy these book. Gonna read it for more knowledge and information!!!

LOOK GOOD & FEEL GOOD TIPS

CHAPTER 1:BEAUTY

1. DON'T DO IT
- Don't squeeze your spots-you'll only make them redder and you could causes scarring.

2. EAT YOUR GREENS
- If you have acne, eat foods that are rich in vitamin A, such as melons, spinach and broccoli. 

3. UNDER SCRUB
-Oily doesn't mean dirtly if you have oily skin, don't over scrub it to get it clean-it could make the problem worse.

4. DON'T DRY OUT
- For dry skin, make sure you eat foods rich in essential fatty acids such as tuna, salmon, avocado and flaxseed oil.

5. RIGHT ON
-Use the right products for your skin and hair types.
