1. DON'T DO IT
- Don't squeeze your spots-you'll only make them redder and you could causes scarring.
2. EAT YOUR GREENS
- If you have acne, eat foods that are rich in vitamin A, such as melons, spinach and broccoli.
3. UNDER SCRUB
-Oily doesn't mean dirtly if you have oily skin, don't over scrub it to get it clean-it could make the problem worse.
4. DON'T DRY OUT
- For dry skin, make sure you eat foods rich in essential fatty acids such as tuna, salmon, avocado and flaxseed oil.
5. RIGHT ON
-Use the right products for your skin and hair types.
